LYNX biodiesel blending facility to serve entire fleet (West Orange Times)
LYNX will become the nation's first transit agency to build its own biodiesel blending program, thanks to an agreement Gov. Charlie Crist and the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority signed last month at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort.
